Any Company(s), On-line shop(s) or Individual who is distributing, marketing or re-selling the stated Class 8 product(s) which has the brand name of our mark(s) are advised to remove the product(s) or brand from their company, on-line forum or promotion website with immediate effect.

Any unauthorized company(s) or individual found directly or indirectly using or trading with products bearing our mark(s) “Pedipaws Platinum” without any written notice or approval by our company, we will not hesitate in giving further notice but to take legal action against the Trade Mark infringement rights in our region.
