It is an air-conditioned room and wireless internet access is provided. The toilet is located just beside the room. As the couple will be using their master bed room toilet, this toilet will be solely for your usage.
Fridge and washing machine facilities will also be provided. Utility bills will be covered by the owner. Light cooking is also allowed.
The owner only wants 2 female Indian tenants or an Indian couple.
